Group Couples Intensives
While we believe that retreats and workshops will provide any couple with a boost in their relationship, the best and long lasting change will be derived from slow and deliberate coaching done over a minimum of 6-12 months. But what if you find that after a year of therapy you still feel stuck? Or what if you are feeling so disconnected you want to feel forward momentum NOW!? Intensives will provide you with hope, inspiration and tools needed to jumpstart this journey. Intensives are not meant to replace couples therapy but rather intensives should be paired with on-going couples therapy. The goal on an intensive is to provide you with the opportunity to experience a monumental shift in your relationship NOW. Please fill out the inquiry form if you would like someone to contact you to discuss further.
Marriage Reignite Couples Intensive
Rediscover Connection, Heal Past Wounds, and Reignite Your Love
You’ve been feeling stuck in the same patterns, having the same arguments, and wondering how on earth you’ll ever get back to the love that brought you together. Maybe you’re both exhausted from the cycle, and the idea of another hour of therapy each week feels like barely a dent in the deep work you know you need. Or maybe you’re looking at your partner, thinking, "I love you, but how do we make this stop?"
We get it. This feeling of being stuck in a holding pattern is all too familiar for many couples we’ve worked with. It’s like you can see the mountain in front of you but can’t get the momentum to make it over to the other side. And it’s frustrating and defeating. The good news? You can make it over that mountain—and we’re here to help.
Why a Couples Intensive?
Weekly therapy is great, but sometimes life calls for something more. Maybe you’re busy, overwhelmed, or just ready for change yesterday. That’s where our Marriage Reignite Couples Intensive comes in. It’s an accelerated, deep dive into your relationship—two full days designed to break through the barriers keeping you stuck and reignite the connection between you.
what to expect
We use a combination of evidenced-based therapy proven to deliver the best results. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is the gold standard in couples therapy. We combine this alongside EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and Experiential Therapy to help you heal emotional wounds, break free from negative cycles, and build the lasting love you’ve always dreamed of. Together, we’ll help you understand the moves you’re both making in the relationship and why they’re not working. Then, we’ll create a plan to help you move forward, united and stronger than before.
We know the idea of spending two whole days diving into your relationship might sound exhausting—and it is—but it’s also deeply transformational. You’ll come out the other side with:
A clear understanding of the negative patterns keeping you stuck
Deeper emotional connection and the feeling of being understood by your partner
A roadmap for growth that would take months to achieve in weekly sessions
A plan to continue the work at home or with your therapist

who is this intensive for?
The Marriage Reignite Couples Intensive is designed for couples who are ready to do the deep work, tackle tough conversations, and reignite the connection in their relationship. It’s for you if:
You’re stuck in negative cycles – You and your partner keep repeating the same arguments without resolution.
You feel emotionally disconnected – You love your partner but feel like there’s a wall between you. You feel like roommates living parallel lives.
Your relationship is at a crossroads – You’re considering whether to stay together or part ways and need clarity.
You’re committed to change – You’re both willing to invest time, energy, and vulnerability into rebuilding your relationship.
You’ve tried traditional therapy – You’ve done couples counseling or individual therapy but feel like progress has been slow or incomplete.
This intensive is perfect for couples who are in serious, committed relationships—whether married, engaged, or long-term partners—and who feel like they need focused, intentional time to heal, reconnect, and move forward together.
who might not be a good fit?
While we believe in the power of these intensives, there are some situations where a couples intensive may not be the best option. This program is not appropriate for couples who:
Are experiencing active addiction – If either partner is currently struggling with substance abuse or addiction, we recommend addressing this in an individual therapy setting first.
Have ongoing infidelity – If there’s an ongoing affair or lack of commitment to the relationship, we suggest working through these issues in a different therapeutic format before attending an intensive.
A recent affair - If you recently found out about an affair and the pain is still raw and fresh, it may not be a good time to do an intensive.
Are dealing with untreated mental health issues – Untreated mental health conditions, such as severe depression, bipolar disorder, or PTSD, may need to be stabilized with individual therapy before doing couples work.
Have experienced domestic violence or abuse – If there has been violence or abusive behavior in your relationship, this intensive may not be appropriate. We recommend seeking specialized counseling for safety and healing.
We care deeply about making sure the Marriage Reignite Intensive is the right fit for you, and we’re committed to helping you find the best path forward. If you’re unsure, feel free to book a free consult with us, and we can explore whether this intensive is right for your relationship.

This is the first step in breaking the negative conflict cycle.
